Job Type:PA to Operations Director (Iona Group)

Hours:Full Time

As PA to Operations Director your primary focus will be to ensure all administrative requests sent to you are dealt with in a timely and detailed manner.

You will need to be flexible in prioritising your workload, computer literate, have a willingness to learn and attention to detail.

As you will be dealing with day to day enquiries, experience of liaising with both external and internal customers is preferred.

Administration experience is preferred but not essential to the role, full induction and training will be given.

GENERAL MANAGER - An Exciting New Flagship Venue Opening Soon in Glasgow's City Centre

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to run one of our top exciting new hybrid venues openign soon.

The venue will consist of 4 levels and the right candidate will have sttrong food, liquor and entertainment experience.

As General Manager you will be challenged with managing all aspects of the Unit and encouraged to develop the business as if it were your own.

This exciting role involves developing sales, ensuring costs are effectively controlled, whilst ensuring staff are consistently and regularly trained to deliver an outstanding experience to our customers on every occasion. As General Manager, you will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all Licensing and Health & Safety legislation.

Previous experience of managing and developing similar licensed businesses is essential for the role. You must also be able to lead and motivate a team, and communicate with people at all levels. Committed and competitive, you will have a strong commercial acumen and a knowledge of the current market place. In the general day to day management of the Unit you will be required to meet various deadlines, therefore organizational skills are essential for success in the role.

As the Assistant Manager, you will play an important role within the management team.

You will be challenged with supporting sales growth, the control of costs, achievement of margins, and also ensuring staff training is delivered to guarantee quality food, great service and impeccable standards.

During the absence of senior management, you may be required to assume responsibility for specific shifts, therefore you will be willing to accept this responsibility and not be adverse to making decisions.

You must be able to communicate at all levels, be effective when managing people, be dedicated and have strong commercial awareness.
