SOUS CHEF
As Sous Chef you will play an important role supporting the Head Chef in the day to day management of the kitchen.
You will be fully involved in all aspects of the kitchen operation, in addition to menu compilation, staff training, and ensuring that all aspects of the operation comply with legislative requirements. You will also be expected to deputise for the Head Chef in their absence.
You will have strong people and operational management skills and have experience in the industry at a supervisory level.
You will have impeccable standards, be flexible, adaptable, and have a strong passion for food.

Chef De Partie
This role is a challenging and engaging opportunity for the further development of energetic and enthusiastic chefs with an eye for detail and a willingness to learn. You will learn new recipes and supervisory skills through our company training and you will be flexible in your approach to working hours and rota requirements
You will have strong technical and culinary abilities with good communication skills and an ability to work well under pressure and unsupervised within a specific area of the kitchen. Your responsibilities will be to control a section and produce food to the company and chefs specifications within the framework of the companies Food Safety and Health and Safety Policies.
Commis Chef
As a key role within the kitchen brigade you will be responsible for the preparation of food to a high standard and ensure that these standards are maintained on a consistent basis. You should have a basic understanding of a professional kitchen and be flexible in your approach to working hours and rota requirements.
You will learn new recipes and methods of cookery through our company training schemes as well progress through the company learning new concepts and preparation skills with a view to a professional HNC award for your efforts.
Trainee/Apprentice Chef
You should possess the drive and flexibility that is required for this type of demanding work. You should also be available for work as per a kitchen rota which will include night and weekend working. You will be receiving SQA or HNC education and will progress through our company training scheme all which will be mandatory to you at this level.
You will learn all the necessary skills to progress to a commis chef and beyond and be part of a dynamic and expanding company.
