HEAD HOUSEKEEPER – No25 & Underground/Ketchup & Social Dundee
G1 Group PLC is unquestionably the most dynamic and forward thinking bar, restaurant, hotel, cinema and nightclub group in Scotland. Established over a decade ago, it is one of the fastest growing, independently operated leisure groups in the UK, currently operating 40+ venues across Scotland.
We are currently looking for a Head Housekeeper for our Dundee venues, this is a key role in ensuring that in-house standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at a high level, both in guest bedrooms and public areas.
Being responsible for a team of housekeeping staff, you will, working closely with the General Manager to ensure that the team operates safely and efficiently at all times. You will be responsible for ensuring that they have a comprehensive induction, and that they have regular on going training.
You will have obsessive attention to detail, to ensure that our customers have an outstanding experience on every occasion. You will have interaction with guests on a regular basis, therefore will need to have excellent customer service skills, to anticipate and deliver customer needs.
As part of the management team, you will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that the overall customer experience is seamless.
