An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and ambitious duty manager to strengthen the existing team.

The successful candidate will have a passion for drinks service and standards and be natural leaders as they take responsibility for ensuring consistent top quality drinks and cocktails.

The scope of the role will include all aspects of managing and developing the bar operation, whilst ensuring our guest service levels are second to none. In addition, responsibilities include stock ordering and monitoring, managing service standards and staff development.

During the absence of senior management, Duty Managers may be required to assume responsibility for specific shifts, therefore you must have strong decision making abilities, prove yourself as a forward thinker, and be able to use your initiative in challenging situations.

You must be able to communicate well at all levels, be effective when leading or managing people, be dedicated and have strong commercial awareness.

This is an exciting and challenging role and will provide an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and career.

A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar environment is essential, and this role may suit an experienced bar supervisor looking to take on their next challenge.
